When you purchase an elevator, you also buy an organization which will provide you long-lasting relationship and friendships. Therefore, after-sale services is the most emphasized part of our job. As we are dealing with a business which deeply concerns human life, we also undertake the maintenance and responsibility of every elevator which is manufactured and assembled by us by signing agreements with the customer.
This fact is expressly indicated in the Elevator Regulation published in the Official Newspaper;
Article 24 "Each elevator will be linked to a written agreement to be concluded with an elevator company who will take over the maintenance and responsibility of the elevators before operation, in order to keep them under continuous control. This company may generally be the installer of the elevator, or another repairing company. However, the maintenance of the elevator during the warranty period should definitely be accomplished by the manufacturing company."
The Regulation foresees that the manufacturer company must load up the maintenance of the elevator during the warranty period. SANEL notifies this fact to all its customers and performs periodical maintenance services for its customers immediately after the operation of the elevator. In this stage, SANEL recorded all kind of failure on an annual basis to evaluate the performance.
All the maintenance personnel are taken under training according to the technical developments. It is our maintenance philosophy to provide elevators that only needs periodical maintenance (corrosion in equipment, lubrication, aging, recovery of the damages bound to utilisation).
