Fewer than 9 Floors but More than 20 Apartments: Two elevators are still required.
For Buildings Higher than 10 Floors: At least one of the elevators must be large enough to accommodate a stretcher. The cabin size should be no less than 2.52 m², and the shorter side of the cabin must not be less than 1.20 meters.
