As SANEL (“Company”), this Information Notice aims to fulfill our obligation to inform under the Personal Data Protection Law (“Law”). In this context, the matters we are obliged to inform you about are as follows:

The data controller is SANEL registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry Office under the registration number 224000-0, located at Tevfikbey Mah. 20 Temmuz Cad. No: 40 Küçükçekmece/Istanbul.
Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data such as name-surname, email address, company you work for, username, password, and phone number, which you provide to our company, are processed for the purposes of returning to you in case you contact us through the contact form, informing you about the subject you contacted us about, creating your membership record to see the prices provided by our company and get special offers, downloading files such as user manual updates, quick installation, etc., related to our products and services from our website, contacting you if necessary regarding the product and service and/or your membership, informing you about the services provided by our company, sending commercial electronic messages if you give your consent, and storing your personal data in accordance with the statute of limitations arising from the legislation.
To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Your personal data such as name-surname, email address, company you work for, username, password, and phone number, which you provide to our company, can be transferred to the company’s business partners and service providers for the purposes stated in article 2.
Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection
Your personal data are obtained electronically through the website and collected based on the legal reasons of necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract directly related to the parties, and necessity for the establishment, use, or protection of a right. Your rights under the Law regarding your personal data are as follows:

(c) To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately,
(d) To know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred, domestically or abroad,
(e) To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate processing of your personal data,
(f) To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons for processing no longer exist,
(g) To request the notification of the transactions made as per
(e) and (f) to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
(h) To object to the occurrence of a result against you through the exclusive analysis of processed data by automated systems,
(i) To request compensation for the damages in case of unlawful processing of your personal data.
You can submit your rights in writing or via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or by using your electronic mail address that you have previously notified to the company and is registered in the company’s system (you can reach the company through the email address info@sanelelevator.com), or through a software or application developed for the purpose of the application.
